The recent news of Zone RV entering administration is devastating.
No one deserves to lose their hard-earned savings or see their travel plans collapse without warning.
Families invest not only money, but their hopes, future adventures and sense of freedom. As fellow Australian caravan builders, we believe the industry should support people in moments like this.
Kokoda Caravans is stepping forward with a dedicated Community Support Initiative, available from now until Christmas — or until the allocated fund reaches capacity on a first-come basis.
This initiative will close on the 31st December 2025 with funds being distributed by 23rd January 2026.

Up to $20,000 Credit Toward a New Kokoda
Available to anyone who lost a deposit or instalment payment with Zone RV.
This credit applies to select Kokoda models, including the Peregrine, Sojourn and Summit.
Because Kokoda builds using composite panel construction, our team can match or closely replicate many layouts and features customers originally ordered.
Our Zone model offering will only be available until 23rd January 2026.
Kokoda has established a Community Support Fund, seeded with an initial $20,000 contributed directly by Kokoda, with no purchase required.
The fund is designed to help Zone RV customers who experienced a financial loss, whether or not they choose to purchase a Kokoda. Funds to be distributed by 23rd January 2026.

• Additional $3,000 added for every eligible Kokoda sold under this initiative

• 100% of funds distributed directly to affected families

Support begins immediately and unconditionally, without relying on sales.
Kokoda is committed to a transparent and fair process.
Rather than using a live tracker, Kokoda will publish weekly updates to ensure all customers can see how the fund is progressing.

How to apply for support.
Step 1: Submit verification
Upload proof of order and payments made to Zone RV.

Step 2 — Kokoda Review
Our team will verify eligibility and confirm support options.
Step 3 — Support Allocated
Eligible customers receive fund allocations or credit options based on availability.
Processing Time: 3–7 business days.
The Support Fund - contributions now closed.
The fund is now closed to further investments and will be distributed by the end of January 2026.

No. The fund is open to all affected Zone RV customers regardless of purchasing decisions.
No. This initiative has its own resources and funding and does not affect Kokoda’s existing commitments
Peregrine, Sojourn and Summit. Other models may be considered case-by-case.
Support is allocated on a first-come basis until the fund cap is reached.
We can closely replicate many layouts and features, and offer alternatives where needed.
Kokoda’s $3,000 contribution applies only to eligible Kokoda vans purchased by customers affected by the Zone RV administration under this support initiative. It is not applied to all Kokoda sales.
The $3,000 is contributed by Kokoda into the Community Support Fund once an affected customer signs a contract and pays a deposit on a Peregrine, Sojourn or Summit model. This grows the fund but does not change the customer’s pricing, and support begins immediately regardless of sales.
