Over the 12 months we suggest your van receive a minor and major service to ensure your caravan is well cared for and continues to run smoothly.

Services

Our requirement is that the caravan receives a minor service at 3 months and a major service each 12 months. This needs to be maintained as a requirement of the warranty.

Kokoda Caravans can conduct these services for you, however you may choose to use another reputable service agent.

If servicing away from a Kokoda Caravan agent the service agent should contact Kokoda Caravans prior to servicing to ensure we can provide them with key items to service to ensure your caravan is well cared for.

Maintenance

We recommend servicing your caravan regularly especially if you use it frequently throughout the year.

Proper servicing and maintenance of your caravan will give you many years of worry free enjoyment.
